- Determine training objectives
- Design training programs/curriculum to include outlines, text, handouts, tests, and assessments
- Demonstrate experience in the design, development, and evaluation of training courses, training materials, evaluation tools, and training system documentation
- Possess experience in assisting in the performance of task/skills development and training systems evaluations
- Experience in computer-based training desired
An A.A. or B.A./B.S. is preferred. .
